Maj. Lt. Cpl. Ryan Arthur of the Royal Welsh Regiment proudly walks William Windsor (Billy), their loyal regimental goat, through his retirement parade in northern England on May 20th. After seven years of faithful service, the 9-year-old is now set to enjoy his golden years at Whipsnade Zoo outside of London (via Telegraph).
