It is a cold and gloomy day in San Francisco. People think of San Francisco as such a cool place and FAMOUS for its weather. It has terrible weather and the people who live here and actually defend the weather have only one thing to say about it: I kinda like it. I have heard that so many times. It is like being brainwashed to say it is great. Anyway, it is only another day here. I finished reading through a couple of books: A Buyer's and User's Guide to Astronomical Telescopes & Binoculars by James Mullaney is a good read. I think there are about 40 books in this series targetting the backyard astronomy fans and this was my second one. I can tell you it is a good book and reads fast compared to the first one I read. The other book was
a waste of my time: Guide to Webcams by Byrne and Breeden is an old book and that is my only complaint. I read about 1/3 and gave up. When I checked the publication date again I realized why it goes on talking about Win 95 and Win NT. The book was published in 2000 which makes it outdated. The information is accurate and well-written but absolutely not worth reading. I also finished yeserday Secrets of Videoblogging by Verdi et al and I can tell you this is a very good book if you need to learn about the topic. I believe I had speed-read the book once before but this time had to read through it and try the websites and is a very good book. It brings your videoblogging to a new level.
