There May Be Hope For Wine Education Afterall
The very helpful Master Sommelier out of Houston gave me a great lead that may work and I can actually attend an Advanced CMS study group here in San Francisco. It is irritating writing a paragraph explaining why effective wine education is hard-to-find in a metropolitan adjacent to the California Wine Country: The more one learns about wine, the more options one finds and the more educated in wine in SF, the more California Wine is eschewed. Is that clear enough? Hard to believe. Yes.
