Book Review: Lemon Juice Diet by Theresa Cheung

I rarely read diet books because I have a great system myself that I regularly use.  This book caught my attention because of the lemon juice emphasis.  And it even has the master cleanser recipe that I have been using.  You can use lemon juice and grade B maple syrup with distilled water and maybe a little dash of pepper to cleanse your stomach.  I use it my way and since grade B is hard to get (everyone local sells grade A except online) I drink a whole cup of lemon juice ( I am used to it by now) and it does a fabulous job.  The text is written in a very easy-to-read format and you can read it very quickly.  Some of the recipes in the back are quite good also.
